Design Story
The composition is built on hierarchy. A dense purple ground carries small embossed-looking motifs, floral marks, miniature tiger heads and repeated LSU lettering, all kept low in contrast so they read as texture rather than noise. Against that quiet field, the gold tiger emblem on the lateral panel becomes the single focal point, its outlined mane and level stare giving the design its centre of gravity. Cream panels at the toe and collar open negative space, letting the purple breathe instead of overwhelming. Gold piping traces the panel seams like drawn lines, organising the surface into clear zones.
Wear & Styling
On a low top sneaker silhouette the structure makes sense: the monogram wraps the toe box and heel as continuous texture, the tiger anchors the side panel at full graphic scale, and the heel tab repeats the lettering as a quieter echo. White laces and the cream tongue interrupt the purple at the centre, while the white sole gives the whole upper a clean horizontal base. Worn as a pair, the mirrored tiger faces outward on each shoe.
